Dans cette journée d'exploration de la danse des 5Rythmes®, nous irons réveiller notre intelligence corps-esprit et notre instinct de vivre la vie pleinement. Méditer au travers de notre propre danse nous permettra d'amplifier notre qualité de présence au quotidien, vivant dans l'instant présent. Nous pouvons nous appuyersur cette pratique pour avoir moins peur, et devenir un être humain davantage vivant. Être incarné offre des fruits insoupçonnés, autant pour nous que pour ceux qui croisent notre chemin.
