Change is a non-stop proces of beginnings and endings. how clear can this be? when does and ending begins? on the other hand we do need to make clear endings, to finish tasks, to be precise in certain areas of our lives. to give a limit, a structure, to give back the keys (and the evidence of entering) the appartment of your ex... so we look upon unfinish business and dance what is needed to help the moving on... getting stuck can be an interesting experience but when it becomes inertia there is a need for.... breath movement renewal

WORKSHOP NIVEL

In Heartbeat we explore our emotions as energy, as power, as part of being human. Old feelings that have been locked in our limbs or caged in our chest begin to shake loose. We get comfortable with feelings, neither hanging onto them nor pushing them away.
PRERREQUISITOS: Waves
