This weekend offers a place to land, finding our way back home to our body. Sensing into your body; your starting point, your point of reference. And from this safe place being open for new creative ways to move in the world.

Moving through the 5Rhtyhms map of Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical and Stillness, we reconnect with our breath, our expression and our essence, in the present moment.

Coming home to our body and soul, and from there moving together in authentic and inspirational relationship with another and the group.

No previous experience required. This workshop counts as 2,5 days of Waves Level towards the Teacher Training.

WORKSHOP NIVEL

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
PRERREQUISITOS: No prerequisites required.
