CONNECTIVITY Everything’s connected. Tug on anything at all and you'll find it connected to everything else in the universe. We all know that wonderful feeling of being connected- - to ourselves, to someone else, to the world around us. We also know that uncomfortable feeling of being disconnected. How do we pay attention to what we are feeling and own that without changing our dance? How do we connect to someone without giving ourselves away? How can we acknowledge and honor someone else’s process without having to own it? It begins with being grounded, present and aware of what is happening to ourselves first. From this place of authenticity, we can provide space for the other. To just be ourselves. We will use the 5 Rhythms to move deeper into the awareness of self while focusing on paying attention to everything around us
