DESCRIPCION
In this weekend workshop we will explore the fundamentals of the 5Rhythms practice and our relationship to self, others and community. We will dance alone to discover and empower our relationship with our self. We will dance with others to practice being present for another without having to change anything within ourselves. We will dance in a group to discover our unique offering and how we can support our community by just being present.NOTAS
When: Friday March 27th 7-9pm & Saturday March 28th 11am-5pm

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
