Tribe is a part of us. So is being a little crazy.

As technology propels us further into virtual worlds and culture continues to fragment us into individualization our longing for connection grows and our experience of being part of a world tribe diminishes.

This workshop offers the opportunity to come together and reinvigorate our experience of Tribe through Rhythm, Dance and Inquiry.

We’ll ask questions and move alone, in partnership and all together with live and recorded music, catalysing what holds us back and seek unity and wholesome compassion. We’ll wake up to the amazing, fun, creative and vibrant human beings we truly are and how we are connected as one.
