DESCRIPCION

We invite all dancers and everyone who likes to share this special time of the year with a group of interested and open minded people.

There will be a 5Rhythms® dance unit in in the evening and a unit with Trager® body work, Mentastics® and Soul Motion® movement meditation in the morning. We investigate and develop one quality in our bodywork skills and in our dance every day, and expand our ability to be in presence from moment to moment, alone and together.

Auroville consists of an international population. We welcome Aurovillians for the whole workshop or the dance units in the evening. 

Between the workshop units there will be enough time to visit Communities or the Matrimandir in Auroville, for spending relaxing hours on the beach, for getting a massage or visit the Sri Aurobindo Ashram in Pondycherry.

The climate is extremely pleasant at this time of the year.
