Aimed at people new to the practice, this workshop is also a chance for more experienced dancers to refresh the fundamental of 5 Rhythms.NOTAS
We start at 10.30 and finish at 3pm. we will stop for a short lunch break and there is a cafe at The Zone, or it's fine to bring your own food. Please bring a bottle of water.
The Zone is 5 minutes walk from Hornbeam Park train station (on a direct line from Leeds) and there is parking at the Zone.
WORKSHOP NIVEL
A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
