The Dance of Nothing
This Dance of Nothing uses embodiment and meditative techniques of the 5Rhythms® to empty out energy—thoughts, feelings, bound and negative tensions—to create a greater sense of peace and well-being within. In moving through the “Wave” –we will let in, let out, let go, let go of letting go and finally arrive into simply being.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
