This workshop provides the perfect opportunity to relax and recharge, inspired by the transformative practice of 5Rhythms dance. Together with the elements of nature, you'll experience a sense of warmth and tranquility that's sure to nourish your soul.Dance of the Sea is a beautiful combination of an in-depth dance journey, insight into the essence of 5Rhythms and free time for sun, friendship and delicious food. This year we will also dance the Heartbeat 5Rhythms level. This means that we welcome our emotional life and our essential emotions in the dance. For freedom of thought, dancing and speaking.
You are welcome as you feel and do not need to have any experience in 5Rhythms. At this beautiful location you can spend the night in shared rooms or at the campsite. You can also find your own accommodation. Dana is there to help you.

In Heartbeat we explore our emotions as energy, as power, as part of being human. Old feelings that have been locked in our limbs or caged in our chest begin to shake loose. We get comfortable with feelings, neither hanging onto them nor pushing them away.
