5Rhythms dance offers us the potential to practice love for our whole self – body, mind and soul. When we learn to feel love for ourselves, through our body, we are more open to sharing that love with others. Understanding the ways we love, and what blocks us, is a practice in mindful awareness that can be accessed every time we meet our bodies in dance.

This is a one day immersion, using 5Rhythms dance to explore the ways in which we move in and out of Love. It is an opportunity to come to know love through your body, and share this experience with others. Its the kind of work that will continue to inform your dance practice for years to come.
