DESCRIPCION

We will dance with a number of different groups throughout the day for about an hour each time.

Volunteers are always welcome to join us to dance. We find the more dancing feet and hearts we have, the more individual attention we can give to our elders.

WORKSHOP NIVEL

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
PRERREQUISITOS: No prerequisites required.
