In ourselves, through the dance, in life.

Sometimes we hesitate, putting them off.
Sometimes we can’t find our way in, no matter how we try.

This weekend we will have the time and space to drop below the surface, to follow the thread of our movement into the heart of the matter, and to immerse ourselves richly and mysteriously in the deep.

We will work with the 5 Rhythms ~ a simple, profound form that invites us to find the unique dance of our own energy. Beginners are welcome! Together through our breath and movement we will find and explore our relationship to depth.
