In the journey through the Wave of the 5Rhythms, Chaos is the apex of our dance. It’s here that we release our burdens, letting go into the dance, creating space for the dance of Lyrical to emerge.A dance of water and air.
As well as dancing and eating together, we’ll spend some time by the river Aire, releasing prayers to the waters of the river. Time to be with water and air in nature and in the dance.
This workshop is suitable for existing dancers keen to expand and heighten their experience of the 5Rhythms, as well as newcomers seeking a new adventure!

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
