DESCRIPCION
Life in full colour.
No apologies.
Maybe you’ve be told you’re too much, maybe you feel like you’re not enough. These extremes are embedded in the energetics of chaos. Opposing forces in an eternal dance. Creative and destructive all in one. Wild and tender in the same breath.
On this day workshop we’ll be looking at harnessing the storm; riding the ups and downs of the waves; and ultimately finding balance in life and movement.
