Saturday 30th May ‘Elemental’11am - 5.30pm
In this 5Rhythms workshop we’ll be dancing with the elements of earth, fire, water, air and ether, and we’ll explore their place in the map of the 5Rhythms: Flow, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical and Stillness. This can be a very fruitful way to deepen our relationship to each of the 5Rhythms, as well as offering insights into the place of the elements in the rituals of our everyday lives. Everybody welcome.
