DESCRIPCION
This workshop is about us, about who we are, what we experience and what we do, as a living being in a body. With the map of the 5Rhythms®, we will explore what lives inside of us, what touches us, and how we express that. We’ll bring all parts of our body in motion, respectfully, curious, in a way thatis fitting for us. Together with this, we’ll give space to what arises, potential hindrances, unsuspected possibilities, unexpected joy.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
