The philosophy behind the 5Rhythms(R) is dance is essential to wholeness. When we dance the 5Rhythms(R) we dance the way our ancestors did. We dance to express; to release; to heal; to transform; to create community; to create ritual; and to call forth. In this workshop we will first dance to inculcate the five ways of moving into our bodies and then use our dances to create sacred rituals.NOTAS

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
