The world appears to be in a state of Chaos. Left unchecked, this chaos has the capacity to run our lives, leaving a path of pain and suffering with a sense of separation. Empower This! takes a different approach. We begin where we are and move away from seeing 'that' as the enemy, but rather the starting point for love, compassion and abundance. By starting right where we are, it is possible to embrace  our true power and compassion on the spot. In doing so, we enter into a new world full of love and possibilities. 

This workshop will incorporate 5Rhythms® Movement Mediation with Certified teacher and Licensed Marriage, Family Therapist Christina Graham-Smith and Dr. Phil Zentner, Medical Director of Oncology, providing a series of movement, meditation, live drumming, didactic exercises and time to process your experience together. Dr. Zentner has over forty years of experience in the meditative arts and is a Certified Mindfulness facilitator from UCLA Mindfulness Awareness Research Center (MARC).
