DESCRIPCION

As we approach the Autumn equinox, a time of equal dark and light, we take time to experience in our bodies, the concept of duality and the place where opposites meet.  

We will use the 5Rhythms movement practice to explore how seemingly contrary forces may actually be complementary, interconnected, and interdependent and how they may give rise to each other as they inter-relate and create cycles of chaos, harmony and balance. This will be a fun investigation that may well lead to provide profound insights about the natural laws that influence how we move in our bodies and in our lives.
