Being "home" whatever the situation, inside the dance classroom, the office, the market ...

to honor the sacred nature of existence in each moment via the act of moving consciously through life.

Vamos a trabajar con el cuerpo reconociendo la energía del misterio, la magia y el espíritu activado dentro de la danza.

Volver a casa a través de los raizes.

El hogar de nosotros mismos, nuestra humanidad, nuestro cuerpo.

Activando lo masculino y enraizando lo femenino. Integrar las contradicciones. Ser el hacer y hacer el ser.

Desde las profundidades hasta las alturas, y todo el espacio entre.

Estar ¨en casa¨ sea lo que sea la situación, dentro de la aula de baile, la oficina, el mercado...

honrar la naturaleza sagrada de la existencia en cada momento solo por el hecho de movernos conscientamente por la vida.
