DESCRIPCION

Dancing is much more than movement - Dancing is a universal principle of life!
In this workshop we will liberate the dancers in us and bring them to life.
We dance alone, together with somebody, in groups with and without music and we will expand and redefine our range of movements!
In the wonderful landscape near Reichenau, we will use the opportunity to move and dance outside! No dancing partner and no previous knowledge required!

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
