FOOTPRINTS OF LOVE: we leave footprints everywhere in the mud, snow, and on the sand on the beach, also we can leave our footprints on the dance floor! Join Karen Chapman, certified 5Rhythms teacher to co-create for one day a sacred space for creative expression, movement through Flowing, Staccato, Chaos,Lyrical and Stillness. We will explore leaving our footprints of love with one another, love for ourselves, as well as for humanity!

Come be curious, be open and prepared to move! As apart of our workshop, we will create together a Footprint of Love collage as an offering to our installation!

There is no requirement of being an artist or experienced dancer, but to be open to being creative!

5Rhythms created by Gabrielle Roth is a movement meditation practice that awakens the soul, quiets the mind and frees the body!

Please bring your beautiful selves!

Bring plenty of water to drink!

Please bring glue sticks, scissors, markers, coloring pencils and pen or pencil for yourself!

Turn off cell phones!

Wear dance shoes if needed, otherwise we dance barefoot!

You may pack a lunch or go out for lunch, but please be mindful of the time we will begin promptly after lunch!

Come on time to begin our warmup!

Refund Policy

You will get a full refund if we are notified 24-48 hours before Feb.26th. If we are notified on Feb.26th, you will get half of your registration fee for a refund.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
PRERREQUISITOS: No prerequisites required.
