Each of us comes into life with a unique gift to offer to the world, and the capacity to relate to others with love, openness and integrity. Often, though, we feel held back by invisible ties and restrictions that go beyond our personal experience. Family Constellations are a powerful and moving way of bringing to light these hidden loyalties from the past that limit our capacity to really blossom in the present.

The process is simple and powerfully effective. Working with our own material or other people's, by stepping into the map of different family dynamics we get to witness the human story with new understanding and compassion. By inviting change into these patterns, an energetic shift occurs which empowers us to find new strength and creative solutions in our daily lives.

The 5 Rhythms help to root the experience deeply in the body. Dancing together creates a field of safety, support and presence in which the work can unfold, and allows us to integrate and digest whatever arises. Bringing breath and movement to what has become fixed and stuck opens the door to new freedom. Whatever we can dance, we can be.
