Far Side of the Moon - A 5Rhythms 'Shadows' WorkshopThere's the light, there's the dark, and then there's the shadow.
Sometimes we just need permission and support to work through the shadows. Sometimes we can't go round it, we can't go over it, we can't go under it. Sometimes we just have to go through it.

Sat and Sunday 1.30-7.30pm The Yoga-Lab, 494 Lygon Street, East Brunswick.
This workshop will count as a 15 hour/weekend workshop for the teacher training pre-requisites.
