DESCRIPCION

A weekend of aliveness in our own dance, propelled by great music . Fear can make us withdraw or contract, but this response cuts us off from help and choice. As we feel the aliveness of fear moving through the dance, trying out the other options of softening, opening, moving, and staying present in our vulnerability. Fear can freeze us, so we look for how it moves, studying changes of pace and direction. Calling creativity, we seek courage and faith, exploring their possiblity in the dance, and how they move through our everyday lives.
