Join us for a day of 5Rhythms to shake off the old, welcome the new,
and celebrate the growing 5Rhythms community in Wales.

We also gather in support of Rosie Bufton,
who completes her 5Rhythms training in 2026.
All profits will help nourish her journey and the blossoming of 5Rhythms in South Wales.
