5 Rhythms with live music propelling us into a new year. We will open to the wisdom of our feet, making tracks and following in anothers footsteps for a while. A moment of ritual, pause and beginning again to mark the turning of the year. Dancing brings mystery and imagination into form and connects deep dreaming with flesh and bone. A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
