DESCRIPCION

We are born with many qualities, deeply rooted in our bodies, that are all part of our nature. Some of them we never question, others may even be denied in our culture. Feminine and masculine are often related to gender, even though they are fully present in both women and men, however in different and individual ways. In this workshop we will explore the feminine and the masculine in us and how each of us experiences them in their own way. The 5Rhythms will be the base for our exploring; all will be done within the dance.
