Fire is a necessity in our live. It needs our care though, without nourishment it dies, without boundaries it destroys. When we gently let it grow, it will keep us warm and relaxed in flow, it ignites, sparks and connects in staccato, it burns and purifies in chaos, it shines, twinkles and inspires our way in lyrical and then we rest in stillness around the fire or a candle, listening to ancient wisdom, whispering our stories to the flames.

We will dance with the fire of our hearts, associated with love, passion, anger and clear communication. How is your fiery heart?  Is it filled with unspoken feelings, longings, frustrations? Lurking and smoldering inside your belly? Do you spit fire without any focus till you’re burned out ? 

Can you stand inside the fire, clear and open in what you desire, vibrant in your aliveness ?
