How to recognize our wounds and defense mechanismes, How can we move to heal the pattern of emotional bondage? What did we learn from a victimrole and a helperscomplex or the fighters'role! Let's get out of the shadow back into the light, let's heal the wounds of separation and re-connect from the heart. Let our fear transform into bravery. Let us become free at heart again and be ready to forgive yourself and others, let go of anger that is destructive,let is be a constructive energyflow. Let us use passion and space to connect with others and the world. Knowning our vulnarability, standing on our feet and connect.NOTAS

WORKSHOP NIVEL
In Heartbeat we explore our emotions as energy, as power, as part of being human. Old feelings that have been locked in our limbs or caged in our chest begin to shake loose. We get comfortable with feelings, neither hanging onto them nor pushing them away.
