With the help of soulful landscapes, Pacific air and light, we will be moved internally and externally as we bring together the wisdom and power of Fungi with intentional 5Rhythms® Dance, integrating with stillness and silence.

A calling to return home — to our inherent nature and to profound belonging. To turn toward the universal and yet deeply personal longing for connection: with yourself, with others and with your life.

Our carefully curated space acts like a midwife for beingness — gradually loosening ambition, roles and performance.

5Rhythms® Dance

5Rhythms® is a moving meditation created by Gabrielle Roth.

Rather than performing or following choreography, your body, mind and heart are equally invited to unfold into their natural grace and beauty.

To sensation.

To breath.

To emotion.

To the body's own intelligence.

There are no steps to learn and no movements to perform correctly. You are free to move authentically, following your body and allowing movement to unfold from there.

Movement becomes a bridge between altered states and everyday life, supporting profound insight to become embodied.

Fungi & Embodied Exploration

Fungi have been used ceremonially for millennia and have been explored in contemporary research for their potential relationship to wellbeing and personal transformation.

When offered within a carefully prepared and ethically held container, a fungi experience can open pathways toward greater self-understanding, compassion and connection.

Our approach is grounded in **safety, attunement and integration**.

The journey takes place in a carefully prepared and supported setting, with experienced facilitators and assistants present throughout. Music, spaciousness, nature and periods of silence create a container in which you can turn inward and explore your experience.

There is no prescribed outcome and no requirement to “do” anything. The invitation is to surrender to the experience while remaining connected to your body, mind and heart — always within your own boundaries.

$500 total

$100 non-refundable deposit to reserve your place.
