In CONNECTIONS we will move in connection to ourselves, with another, with the whole group, in connection to the world around us and in connection to Spirit, with support from the 5Rhythms waves map.NOTAS
Jenny has been practising the 5Rhythms for 20 years now and she trained with the founder of this practice, Gabrielle Roth, in 2007. She brings depth and experience in her facilitation and personal movement practice. She is a 5RTA teacher & this workshop counts as seven hours of waves practice.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
