Gateways to the 5Rhythms
A day of 5R's dance, discovering the Gateways of the body into the
deeper wisdom of the self. We will explore how to embody a fuller relationship to ourselves through this movement practice and also
call upon the support of our ancestors at this Gateway to Samhain.
Honouring our connection the the seasons and cycles of life, we will share food and a simple ceremony at this Celtic celebration of Dark and Light.
