DESCRIPCION
Dancing at the time of the Summer Solstice, exploring the power of softness, gentleness and slowness in our movements. Everyone is invited, and I especially welcome anyone who is moving with physical limitations such as illness or injury. I intend to create a space where we can dance with our aging, changing bodies. We'll be moving with compassion and kindness while also acknowledging the dancer within who yearns for wild and bold moves. An invitation to dance wild and tender.We start at 11am, and finish at 5.30pm. We will pause for lunch, and also for an afternoon tea break. Please bring food for a shared lunch. I'll bring a variety of hot drinks and sweet treats.
