The end of the year is a great time to dance. 

It’s a Blessing to take a break in the speed of the day and listen to the signals of your body, give expression to the stirrings of your heart and also your thoughts have a lot of energy and want to be danced. 

The time between Christmas and New Year is perfect to do this. Get out of your daily rhythm to integrate, reflect and initiate through dance. 

The Wave of the 5Rhythms guides you through the days, let it In in Flow, let it Out in Staccato, let it Go in Chaos, let it Happen in Lyrical and let it Be in Stilness.

Other modalities are woven in, depending on the creativity of the moment. There are several 'altars' in the room that support our work. Here you can also add something that connects you with yesterday, today and/or tomorrow. 

The Proeflokaal in Zutphen is a beautiful location where we can dance, connect, walk along the river before or after the dance, I am happy that they want to open the hall for us these days so that we can make this transition to a new year . Be welcome!
