Join Christine and Una for this nourishing day retreat for women; full of restorative movement and harmonising song.Through the 5Rhythms dance lead by Christine, we will ground ourselves, energise, shake out old tensions, and lift our spirits. The dance will end with a restful guided meditation.
We will then enjoy a shared lunch together. We invite you to bring something to share. We will provide plates and cutlery. If you have particular food preferences, please bring your own lunch. Otherwise, we will enjoy a buffet style pot luck together.
After lunch, Una will lead, awakening our voices in easy harmony, bringing a special connection as the group merges into one beautiful sound, filling us up with positive vibrations.
No experience in singing or dancing necessary.
The event is for anyone who identifies as a woman.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
