In a world shaped by complexity and unspoken power dynamics, Healing Waters: Power and Privilege invites us to meet these themes through the body, with care and curiosity. Power and privilege can be charged words, often evoking discomfort or defensiveness. Here, those responses are welcomed as meaningful information. Through embodied movement, shared rhythm, and gentle inquiry, we explore how power and disempowerment live in the body, how agency is felt moment to moment, and how conscious choice becomes possible when we stay present. This workshop offers a steady, relational space to soften reactivity and cultivate a more compassionate, responsible relationship to power.
