What is your heart?s content? And how do we each reach a contented heart-place? Gabrielle Roth?s Heartbeat practice is a guide to exploring our heart?s content and a map to that contented heart-place. It?s an invitation to move openly with our feelings, to befriend them instead of denying them, resisting them, or persisting with them. We all have dances that hold us back, tighten us up, tie us down. This workshop is an opportunity to transform those dances by opening up to the shape, breath and locomotion of our emotions and setting them free. Come dance with us to your heart?s content.
