This is not always easy for us to access—we have to navigate some very deep past, as well as the probable futures we drum up to feed the fear that drives us round the same circles, day in and day out” Gabrielle RothAt this time of Spring Equinox and its perfect balance of light and dark, we will uncover, move with, embrace and release some unknown parts of ourselves as well as the parts we already know and love. This way we can welcome them all into the truth of the Here and Now, growing into greater fulfllment and balance in a grounded, down to earth way.

Suitable for beginners and experienced dancers alike.
Prerequisites: an open mind and a willingness to go beyond the known and into the unknown of the HERE AND NOW.

The Friday evening , 7-10pm will be an open class held at the Mindfulness Life Center in Scottsdale.

Refund Policy
In the event of cancellation, tuition is refundable minus a $50 administrative fee until 2 weeks before the workshop starts. After that, 50% of tuition is refundable until the workshop starts. After that, no refunds will be made.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
