DESCRIPCION

A Sunday afternoon immersion in moving meditation. This extended exploration in the 5Rhythms practice will ignite you to dive deeper into your dance, your awareness and your transformation.

This workshop is open to anyone and any body (any size, shape, fitness level, age). No previous movement, 5Rhythms or other, experience is needed. All that is required is a sense of curiosity, openness, and willingness to move.

Anne Marie Hogya is an accredited 5RTA teacher and this Wave workshop will qualify as 5Rhythms Teacher Training Path Prerequisite hours.

Location: The HUB at Cowichan Station, 2375 Koksilah Rd, Duncan

Hours: 1-4:00 pm, Saturday 11:00-5 pm, Sunday 11:00-5 pm

Cost:$25 until October 1, 2016; $30 at the door
