Humanity is at a critical point in our evolution

Now is the time to end the war of separation within and make peace

in our own hearts by being present to all of our feelings, allowing

them to breathe, move and dance.

With courage, forgiveness, surrender, gratitude, and patience we

will step into the healing zone of the Dance Floor and move through

the 5Rhythms Heartbeat Map.

Irem, Elaine, and I are excited to welcome you to this nourishing

immersive experience designed to support peace in your heart and

its full and free expression.

NOTAS

This workshop counts as 30 hours of Heartbeat prerequisites for 5Rhythms Tea her Training.

Accommodation is simple and basic in rooms with 2-4 single beds.

The price of the retreat is £650 if booked and paid in full by 14 September 2023. After that date the price goes up to £700. A deposit of £75 will secure your place.

The balance of £575 is then due by September 14.

WORKSHOP NIVEL

In Heartbeat we explore our emotions as energy, as power, as part of being human. Old feelings that have been locked in our limbs or caged in our chest begin to shake loose. We get comfortable with feelings, neither hanging onto them nor pushing them away.
