DESCRIPCION

Saturday January 4th: 12 - 6 pm Sunday January 5th: 11 - 5 pm

The beginning of a new year is a good time to pause, to look back at what was, and to set out intentions, hopes, and dreams for 2025.

We will use the 5Rhythms movement practice to:

 Let go of the old year,

Appreciate what is valuable in our lives in the present.

Create dreams of intention for the year ahead.

We will make collages and write to awaken our creative impulses.

Cancellation policy: Full refund if cancelled before December 27th 2024, otherwise cost of €50 will be incurred. 

Non-attendance - no refund. 

If the workshop is cancelled, a full refund will be issued.
