When you shift your attention out of your mind into your feet, 

flowing funky and free

When you get in contact with your moving body,

breath and beat 

When one movement follows out of the previous one,

When you say yes to every step, coming,

When you are true to yourself,

Listen to your inner needs,

You move effortless,

you dance yourself into the flow.

We will be practicing our dance, our flow in the south of France,  

We will dance every day in a tent, with time to relax in nature.

You can camp in your tent, caravan of camper or stay over in hostels nearby.

Place: Plateau Escayrac, near Montcuq and Cahors, 

transport available to and from airport Bergerac. 

shower, toilet, little swimming pool, freezer, electricity available on campsite.
