In this weekend we use Gabrielle Roth’s 5Rhythms flow, staccato, chaos, lyrical and stillness as our resource, guide and support to dance into the Wild, to explore the elements earth, fire, water, air and ether; where they live in our body, how they move and what they teach us.
We will practice to trust our feet wherever they touch the ground, to be true to our heart with passionate sparks, to drop into the softness of our troubled water, to tickle us wide open sharing magical space and to enter the mystery of all the invisible that connects us.
Come and join this adventurous journey into the Wild; a golden opportunity to explore our wilderness. With a curious eye and a courageous heart we will discover what each element is willing to offer us.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
