テーマ：ボデイ・マインド・スピリット

今回、名古屋、関西、大阪で、「ボデイ・マインド・スピリット」をテーマにワークショップを開催します。

名古屋は「ボディ」でフローイングとスタッカートに焦点をおき、

神戸は「マインド」でカオスにフォーカスを当て、

東京の２days、「スピリット」では、それらを統合していきます。

一部だけ出ても、全部出ても、今までのような５リズムの紹介イントロダクションより深く、掘り下げていくワークショップです。
