Passion is nothing but our vital energy in its maximum expression. And we all have it.

It is an infinite recharge that we can always access. Especially when we don't feel it, when our energy level is very low or when we feel dull.

Passion is linked to sex, to our libido, but also to the projects and dreams that light up our lives, to the fire that moves us, to the curiosity that is always active, to the ability to marvel and let ourselves be amazed by the beauty that dwells inside and out of us.

In the 5Rhythms, the second rhythm helps us get in touch with our fire and our passion.

It helps us make it available.

In this workshop we will use 5Rhythms maps and conscious movement to explore our fire.

Deposit to be paid at the time of booking: 30 euros.

The deposit is non-refundable but can be transferred to someone who is not already registered.
