A weekend of conscious dance, nature, and deep reconnection with yourself, others, and what moves you.Based on the 5Rhythms® practice, this workshop invites you to explore freedom, creativity, and renewed love through the body.
Nature Embodiment Retreat
A moment of gratitude — to honour the beauty that surrounds us and all that we have achieved, which has brought us to where we are today.
A moment to celebrate the vitality that nourishes our daily lives, leading us into creativity and the joy of connection: with nature, with others, and with our most joyful desires.
A time to shine a light on — and offer ourselves — a vision of a present and a future vibrant with ecstasy, awakened through the movement of our bodies and hearts.
A weekend of revealing and nourishing dance practices, based on Gabrielle Roth’s 5Rhythms®: Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical, and Stillness.
We will explore how these rhythms resonate with nature and with the waves of our everyday lives.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
