Do we really need to talk about love? If we do, what language do we use? Are there ways of saying ‘I love you’ other than in words? • Maybe touch? • Or, a gift? • Have you thought of spending your ‘quality time’ with someone you love? • What about doing something useful for them? So many questions! We have a perfect place - the Swiss mountains! - and a perfect time of the year – St. Valentines! – to explore them. We will learn how to recognise and appreciate our differences and how to get our message of love across. This workshop is about expanding our capacity to love and making sure that people we care about know that we love them. Our movement meditation practice (including the 5Rhythms Heartbeat map) will be both our guide and a source of insights.
