We all know how it feels to just not want to get out of bed in the morning, to slog through the day, and finally fall back into bed. What if we could learn to turn our inertia into art, our resistance into momentum, our disinterest into inspiration? What if we could meet our shadows with eyes wide open and transform them into our tools for turning our light all the way up? In this workshop we explore the practice of moving with what is so that we can discover, uncover and recover life-force that may be hiding in the shadows . Join us as we dive beneath the surface and take a chance to dance out loud the stuck, the muck, the tight and the trite that may be hiding in a jawbone or a shoulder, in the hips, in the heart, and together emerge fully fleshed into the light.
